Domaine Pierre Amadieu Gigondas is a pretty concentrate of fruit. It is pleasantly structured by supple, powerful tannins. Tinged with scents of thyme, laurel and rosemary, it’s a wine for pleasure, spicy and fresh. Its aromas of black and red berries, spices and black pepper are a perfect match for beef cheek simmered with rosemary and roasted parsnips.
