Albin Jacumin white Wine

Domaine Albin Jacumin’s white wine is a superb straw-yellow color with hints of gold. A full-bodied wine, with plenty of roundness and a long, fresh finish. Its aromas of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes harmonize perfectly with a creamy risotto with scallops, or a vegetable confit with red pepper. For a wine and chocolate tasting experience, we recommend the Ballotin with an assortment of milk chocolates (ganaches, pralines with and without alcohol).
