Domaine Giuliani’s white wine is pale in color with golden highlights. It’s a well-balanced, fine, tangy wine. Aromas of stone fruit and buttery, toasty notes make it an ideal accompaniment to red mullet fillet marinated in thyme and eggplant compote. It also goes well with homemade granola with tomato and tarragon.
For a wine and chocolate tasting, we recommend a Sachet of candied Lemonettes coated in sugar.
Today, the vineyard covers 3200 hectares spread over almost the entire commune of Châteauneuf du Pape, as well as some similar land in the 4 neighboring communes.
