Behind an elegant gold color with green highlights lies a beautiful, aromatic nose. Very fresh on the palate, with aromas of citrus fruit, grapefruit, broom, bergamot and verbena. The ideal dish to accompany this wine is Turbot meunière with creamy artichoke. The Chips aux herbes de Provence, artisanal and cooked in a cauldron, will also give you a remarkable alchemy. For a wine and chocolate tasting, we recommend accompanying Domaine L’Or de Line’s white wine with a box of hand-poached, milk-chocolate-coated marshmallow bears.
Today, the vineyard covers 3200 hectares spread over almost the entire commune of Châteauneuf du Pape, as well as some similar land in the 4 neighboring communes.
